We just spent 4 nights in Ladonna's corner condo and couldn't be happier. It is very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, the parking is great, and LaDonna is a gracious and responsive host.
Look no further, this is the place to stay on Nye Beach.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is clean and modern, and so very comfortable! The location is also perfect. The beach was a short walk away, and so were some great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

The place was amazing. We arrived at the end of October, the day before the first big storm of the year. We couldn't have been happier to be staying at this unit. The views were amazing with the corner room. Floors did not creak and even with all the wind and rain the windows and doors did not rattle one bit. The unit was very clean and had lots of kitchen amenities. Linens were fresh and nice and furniture and bedding very comfortable. There was even a little bag with storage containers to put leftovers in. The little things like that made our stay amazing. We would definitely recommend for a wonderful stay all year round. Shops and restaurants were just a quick walk away also. LaDonna was a pleasure to work with and is a great host.

I wish there were more stars! LaDonna's place is spectacular. The neighborhood has nice shops and great restaurants within a few blocks. The beach is pristine and *right there*! I honestly can't think of a single thing that I would change to make it better. I can't wait to go back!

Great location! The beach is down the stairs and around the corner. The third floor provides a perfect vantage point for watching the waves, people and dogs. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It's an easy walk to anywhere in Nye Beach, including several restaurants.

This place is a fantastic getaway place with an amazing view from all the living spaces. Very comfortable and welcoming. Lots of little niceties that we didn't expect but really appreciated.

We had the best time! LaDonna communicated exactly what her Condo would be. Our arrival into the Condo felt so welcoming. A quick walk to the beach for our long walks. The village restaurants shops and coffee shop was just down the hill. And finally, the outstanding visuals of the setting moon and sun off our deck made our 3 night stay outstanding!!!!! We will return here in the future! Thank you LaDonna for hosting us!!!

Perfect location. We loved the view, the proximity to everything in Newport and walk ability to dining and shops in Nye Beach. The long stretch of beach can’t be beat. The place was so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
